Our primary mission is to help those who need it most, particularly those who have suffered discrimination by the community at large or employer. We also maintain a strong practice consisting of small business litigation, class action litigation, and adminstrative law. We have both collectively and individually, experience in state and federal courts. All attorneys in the office are admitted to practice in Indiana state courts and the US District Courts of both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Additionally, Ms. Hattaway is licensed to practice and is experienced in both Georgia and Indiana. Therein, she is admitted to and has experience in the US District Court of: the Northern District of Georgia, the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana.
